In November I attended a training course at Profile Dynamics Deutschland GmbH in Lüneburg and successfully completed certification as a Profile Dynamics consultant and as a team profiler.

People make the difference. Using the Profile Dynamics method, scientifically sound analyzes of personality can be created using a short questionnaire that only takes about 20-30 minutes to answer. The focus here is on identifying motivational and driving factors as well as factors of resistance or aversion in a person.
As part of the discussion of the results, I can explain these factors. When analyzing entire teams, we can identify obstacles and motivating factors and also support implementation so that the highest performance can be achieved.
